I began walking 3 miles each day and practicing yoga 2-3 days a week.
By September of that same year, I weighed 160 lbs and was toned and strong. I could do handstands and chin-ups (the monkey bars at the playground were a huge accomplishment!)
And I've stayed active, continued practicing yoga, and even though I've edged back up in weight (thanks to a distinct lack of aparigraha on my part...) I feel great about myself regardless of it.
I feel confident that I'll get back down to my ideal.
