yoga and I have found that though I have not lost any weight, I definitely feel more strong and balanced. I have recently added cardio to my workout because I am looking to lose approximately ten pounds and am hoping that will work. Do you think that two days of yoga and two days of cardio are sufficient? Thanks for the helpful post.
