In general, the recommended amount of cardio would be at least 30 minutes per day about 3 days a week. Rigorous enough that you feel winded when you're done.
Yoga will help you maintain the weight loss, will help you feel stronger, more balanced and will keep you from being sore from any other workouts. Some people even find that it inspires them to eat better! (that was certainly the case with me)
But if you want to lose those pesky 10 pounds, cardio is what you'll need to do. I prefer to walk my dog or ride my bike because I can run errands and "get somewhere" when I'm exercising. (Treadmills are not for me) so you might experiment with different kinds of cardio to see what you enjoy enough to do regularly.
Remember - it's all just practice. :-)
