I practice yoga here and there, sporadically, but when I actually do it, I feel great. I think it just makes the body feel so good to stretch out after a long day at a desk.
Thanks for the post. It's encouraging.
I record Denise Austin's Fit and Lite which is on Lifetime in the mornings. It's a short yoga/ pilates session but just enough to stretch out and feel good.
